For your convenience, here are all the available IOSes and Channels in WAD format. These can be installed using Multi Mod Manager (BMarlo has provided an excellent guide to using MMM)
Messing with IOSes is without question an advanced topic, and should only be done if you know what your doing, or under the direction of someone [STAFF] who knows what they are doing. Messing with stuff you don't know about can cause the magic smoke inside your wii to come out, and once the magic smoke is gone, it won't work anymore.
