Are there any other files needed? I uploaded the 4.1 files because NUS was extremely slow yesterday (although my dorm has a crappy internet connection, so it could have been me), and mediafire is faster.

Why would you need to use cboot2 via bannerbomb? You would pick one or the other unless for some reason you couldn't get them to work.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be helpful, but I've never done more than glance at a virginizing guide (but I hate virginizing by principle ) so I didn't know if there were ever issues where you wouldn't want IOS36 patched during the guide. I just thought I would post it. I'll delete the post though.

Well in theory that would work but the patched IOS is how they are doing it I think. It would work like that but you would still have HBC and bootmii so you could load via cboot2. No need for bannerbomb.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Lol, I'm not sure why that didn't occur to me.

I just tested my guide on my wii and i noticed this i used joostins pack
IOS50 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug -1035 Error on both batch install, and single install tried both MMM and WAD manager 1.7 same for MIOS
    IOS70 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug (patched/removed?)
    IOS80 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug (patched/removed?)
    MIOS v65535 -1035

Heres my syscheck before i restore and try again tomorrow:

    Spoiler

Don't mind the date i just got my disk drive fixed today. Although my wii does have a battle scar over the USB ports cause i stripped the screw so i just broke it off so the plastic is all torn up there, its the most unpretty case mod available. Disk drive works fine though, so i guess it was worth making it look unpretty.
    My Consoles 4.1U Bootmii/Boot2 PSP1001Phat PS3Slim 120gb

    did you use a patched ios36/236 or rev17 ...

The cause of 1035 error is when you try to install an IOS with a lower revision over-top of an IOS with a higher revision

You can also include in the guide for people that have wifi they can use ahbprot with MMM so no need to patched ios to delete or install others(overwrites no matter the revision) (needs hbc1.0.7+ & wifi)

I think cboot2 would be a better solution, since it wouldn't require wifi.

whats the point since they already have hbc installed.... (they can patch ios36 with mmm, most already have it)...do what needs be done...they ll be on 4.1 after its done..hbc->wad manage 1.7 and install clean ios36

there are so many way of doing it.....
