I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all your effort.Originally Posted by jebise101 [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
I know it gets tiredsome being repeative, but unfortunately (for someone like myself) there's alot of information to digest for a wii mod starter and too get information from a reliable source (like yourself) is tough to get.
I would be happy to help in creating a FAQ (if there isn't already one) that you can have a shortcut to paste whenever someone asks a question in the faq.
I'm sure Trucha and scrubbed will be at the top of the list![]()

when i installed the hbc using the th i had version 3.3Originally Posted by fatal [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
What is the TP hack, does it mean the entire game doesn't work?
I'm sorry I'm new and I'm just wondering.
The Twilight Hack lets you run homebrew on an unmodded wii. First install the new hack for the 3.3 update and then install the Homebrew Channel. It works on 3.3 ive already installed.Originally Posted by arch0n [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
I heard 'they' have managed to bypass 3.3 and got TW hack workin again...
whos got wi-fi i have
which i haven't. i'm a 'severe' newbie.Originally Posted by jebise101 [Only Registered Members May View Links| Click here to register]
but from what I've tried to understand, TH didn't work before but now it does in which i've put the newer version on my 64MB (micro) SD card.
so here's my testimony: i've done exactly as several guides have told me to do having to bare with what i had to work with (the only available SD card reader i have is a nokia 5500 sport which is watertight and as such the SD card slot is behind the battery) every single outcome is the same.
from the word 'reverse' the prompt shows but ends or hangs quickly without a hint of actually achieving anything. looking at the text i find everything starts to go wrong at:
reading boot.dol:
boot.dol not found (-1), reading boot.elf:
failed to read boot.elf (-1)!
no code found to load, hanging.
at this point i unplug the wii from the back and do everything all over again.
so if what you've said was true in page one... i guess i should stick with pc gaming.
is there the slightest chance i missed a tiny detail? or is there no hope for me at this time.
Has anyone found a working method to run the custom GH3 Games?
I only updated because the girlfriend wanted WiiFit, and now I'm screwed.
My nightly fun is now doing nothing.
I've heard using GeckoUSB still works, but I don't have the cash.
Anyone have an alternate suggestion?
