Yes, I believe the limit for the US version is 330lbs...

I'd like ot use the balance board to control forward/ backward and left/right of a program we wrote.
1. Is it legal to write code to interact with the Balance board?
2. Is an API available for Windows?

I was thinking about how using the balance board to control movement in a game could work. The main problem being that the board is always detecting your weight position as the video shows and the character is always moving. What they need to do is combine the controls with the nunchuk or wiimote so that the character doesn't move unless, say for instance, the Z button is being held down. Perhaps the board could just control the camera angle while the character is in idle mode?

Just my two cents. I can't wait to see how developers use the board in games. Especially Tony Hawk.
