3.3 rev 2/3 Recovery package
This a recovery package for people who updated to 3.3rev2/3 and didn't have cIOS loaded.
~Quoted~
This package contains everything you need to downgrade in case you didn't have a cIOS already installed and updated your wii since last week to the new 3.3v3 (mistakenly called 3.4 or 3.3v2).
props to the one that took the time to put this together

It won't ruin your Wii, and if you search the forums or Google the internet you will find there are 1,000 threads that have already been posted explaining in great detail what to do. Not trying to be mean, but the search function is there for a reason.

Thank you so much for posting this package. It worked like a charm. I have been trying to downgrade for a few weeks now but didn't know where to start **now mental note to self, do not upgrade firmware before reading this forum***

Ok, so basically I put the Twilight Hack inside an SD card.
Then I put this the boot.dol of 1_WadManagev1.3_Waninkoko and IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad inside and run the Twilight Hack.
Then after that's done I replace the boot.dol to that of the 2_WadManageIOS16_Davi92 and replace the IOS16 to the cIOS and run the Twilight Hack.
Then after that, I just run the Twilight hack with the boot.dol of 3_IOSDowngrade_Waninkoko and it's all done and I can proceed to install the Homebrew Channel, right?
Oh, and everything is put on the root of the SD card, right?
