so with the ability to load vc games with an sd card would you be able to load any wad file?

yeah that whats i want to know. i read at wiibrew and wiinewz that if you have wads/VC games installed before you update they work fine. i cannot confirm if you can still use the wad installer after the update but they where able to install snex9x

well if they give you the ability to load vc games from sd they probably have a wad installer in the channel section on the wii settings

Quick question, I have been poking around about updates, I just started with my wii modded the other day, I have a d2pro9 v2. I put a US NTSC copy of Mario Kart in and it wants to update, should this be done or is there something to bypass updates?

i have yet to see a problem with the wii system menu at 3.3, also i read that crwys had issues with HBC when using 3.3 but i would like to say i have yet to see a problem with HBC the only difference between 3.2 and 3.3 is that it patches the TP hack and signed DVDS, i have HBC installed before the update and it working just fine. EVERYTHING ON MY WII IS NORMAL

if you have a us copy of mario kart what type of wii do you have? (pal/ntsc-u/ntsc-j) If your wii is NTSC-U also updating is fine because even if you go to the store and buy it you would still need to update it in order to play MK. now if your wii that is like a pal or NTSU-J then you would need to brick block the MK game

Updated to 3.3 and my Wiikey still works 100 percent. All backups work properly

I have a wiikey on a NTSC USA with update 3.3 and my guitar hero mods (GH2 and Rock Band) do not work anymore. I get the eject message. My original backup works though.
