genuine or clone?

they are supposed to be the same for updating....however seems some of the clones won't take the 1.4 or 1.9 updates.

i recieved the wii clip with d2c from tech sick and they said it was authentic so i dont kno what to do it loads all games and smg ! but ssbb doesnt load at all

shoot Thought u were talking about ..wiikey

D2C do not use wiikeys

the 1.9s and 1.4 config are only for wiikeys

if everything works except ssbb...then the problem is your burn....

what chip do u have?....d2pro....d2ckey....d2cpro?

I bought the d2ckey

and burned using Fujifilm DVD+RDL 2.4x

used img burn and slowest burn also book type was dvd rom

used nero slowest burn

also i burned 5 Times for other friends and tested out all 5 on all different wiis

those were wiikeys for d2a d2b and were updated to 1.9s and loaded original ssbb as well as burned back ups

so i dont know can be the problem all was good until the d2c wiiclip hahahaha but i do love it hahahaha take what i can get but would love to get the most out of it ! hehehee

did you set layer break to 2084960 in imgburn?

I found the wiikey more forgiving on the brands of dvds... I have a bunch that will work on a wiikey wii and not on a d2ckey or a D2pro....

found when I switched to verbatim DL + R ..most of my problems went away

for one of the burns layer break was set to 2084960

what brand of DVD DL+R are you using?

Have you tried a different dvd burner?

and u r using imgburn, right?

I am using fujifilm

No , have not tried a different burner I just recently bought a lg burner so my old ones out of comission

and yes img burn and also nero burning .

I guess ill jsut buy the ssbb and back up all other games hahaha better than nothing ! still happy

well..if you're doing everything right.....then use the recommended brand of dvd DL's.....verbatim dl+r

that has solve many others similiar problems
