hi purchessed a console of ebay oready moded been working for a few days it had 3.2 onit i think i put in a differnt game and it updated to 4.2e now my twilight hack as vanished and homebrew as also vansihed the guy cant remember what mod chip is put init and i cant get my mini sd card to work in wii any one got any idear thanks the wii also has a ribbon comming out of the usb at the back its its quit a long one

cheers pal but im trying to identify the modchip as my wii wont reconise my sd card so cant softmod it or anything thats why i was hopeing to update the chip whats init so can just have directboot as when iupdated it wiped my homebrew channel off and twilight hack but t heres no need for them i dont think if the wii has a chip init is there?
ya sorry didn't go on your sd card.
grab a max. 2gb normal SD card, no mini, or with adapter no sdhc card, (older digicam, some navi or else) format that to fat32 and it should work again, starting over with banner bombing or similar to get the hbc back
you can check if you have a chip by burning a backup to dvd -r and look if you can start it from the disc channel, try with an older game maybe, better way of course is opening your wii, but you ll need a triwing screwdriver for that
just tryed a few games and there seem to be working ost of them theres a few what wont work tho so why did he have a twilight hack in with homebrew if its modded:S
