Did you run the Galaxy update? Also, you played it with original or backup copy? if backup, did it require the upgrade?

    thanks!

The reason why it updated was that every Nintendo Disc has an update on it for the Region etc.

When you back them up you should really use Wii Brick Blocker to remove it from the disc, thus your back up will not have the update on.

YOU SHOULD NEVER update from a disc as this is a sure fire way of turning it into effectively a BRICK!!

mine was fitted using the flex and really it should be left to a professional, yes it does speed up installation, but you still have to have he skills to do it.

It was installed by a pro and it took over an hour!!

I have a d2b with the 3 legs missing, I payed $30.00 for my install with my clear blue light up case. I did tip they guy $20.00 Craigslist is your friend.

Though now a days I would probably just solder it myself, even a d2c, just would take alot of time and patience.
What should i look for in Craigslist? I was browsing but wasn't able to find someone... little help?

Just search up "wii mod" and it shows people willing to mod your wii for a price. Click on your area, SF, east bay, penn, etc. I live in the bay too, but i got my wii modded by my uncle free
