I won a 360 and my sister won an accessory pack. Can't wait to get them. I'm also really interested in the Wii, but I'll wait awhile before I pick that up. Not any games I just HAVE to play for it yet.

Thats the main reason I want a wii. Heard redsteel is pretty garbage, but zelda...as usual...kicks @ss. Getting a wii and a 360 would be the greatest. A ps3 though...I dont see what the hype is all about. Nothing really good at launch, and so far the graphics of the current line of games havent impressed me too much. Blue-Ray tech...okay yeah, but still, blue-ray discs arent available enough right now. Ah well, Im happy with my free 360

I am not impressed with this trend towards the monster machine with flashier graphics. It ends up being all the same junk and no innovation. I think Nintendo has the right idea with a simpler machine that only plays games and has a unique controller. It puts it within reach of most people (price-wise) and will perhaps spawn new genres of games because of it's unique controllers.
We shall see.

I think that Nintendo is trying to make their systems more accesible to everyone and not just the typical gamer. It's a smart marketing strategy that may pull in a new audience.

My thoughts exactly. I'm reading on other message boards of people whose grandparents/parents etc have never had any interest in video games are actually going over for visits to play with the Wii specifically. If that doesn't tell you something... Go Nintendo!
