XBOX360 Mod Chip
Was wondering if anyone had softmodded or hardmodded their 360. The globe360 v2 just came out, and I was thinking of getting one. It enables you to tun on the 360 with or without the chip, which is good for xbox live. Admittedly I don't really use xbox live because I don;t believe in paying 60-70 bucks for a game and THEN a fee to play them online, most of which get tossed aside after a couple of months anyway, however it would be nice not to void myself from live. It is an 8-wire solder, was curious how difficult it was. The Wii was my frist SERIOUS chip install which went pretty well (once i had the right sized solder and such. Was going to do the softmod, however I don't have a Blaster 360 and I don't feel like having to open the thing up every time, figured if I get anything it may as well be the chip. If anyone has tried any of this, let me know. Looking forward to some feedback.
