    Hey,

    Yes, i am currently asking Spyman to check up on my serial see if he can guess which version i have, D2C2 or D2E. He's a professional modder and should know his stuffs so i will trust him. If he can't guess, then i'll open up my wii to see inside and be 100% sure.

    I got mine in Montreal, Canada, on July 27th.

    So for now, i'm not sure yet, but it seems a very high percentage that it's a D2C2.

    I'm in the exact same situation as you and can't seem to get a straight answer. bought my wii in july and serial starts with LU58. i'm from the US.

    are we supposed to be going with the d2pro version 2 or version 3? I understand that we most likely have d2c2 chips, but now the forums have me worried that i could possibly have a d2e. is it only made in japan like ive read?

    i was just about to get my d2pro ver 2 with wiiclip and then all the sudden a ver.3 hit the scene.

    mind my asking where you're at with everything? have you gotten any sure answers from anyone? ordered your chip and clip yet?
