The .exe file inside the rar files is corrupted and I spent 3 days downloading it.

If you are in the call center and work directly for them not outsourced there is no dress code. I have even wore my pjs on occasion. Plus employee phones are 10 bucks a month unlimited text and internet 2000 minutes.

I had read your post or message to some one saying you were looking for a job. I actually just quit working for T-mobile in January, They are a great company to work for and you would make a fantastic tech support guy. You should go to Tmobile.com and at the bottom of the page click on jobs and check your area and see if they have a call center. I still know alot of people there including some in HR let me know and I will give you a name to put as a reference. She would make money from it, so she would be more than happy to do it. They have a test though you have to pass but its not really difficult, some math and common sense stuff.
