hey shadowsonic, I got to step 1b on your forum "Get a cIOS on 4.2 Wii" and I enter the settings and press A on "Install patched IOS36" and A on "load IOS from SD Card" and it says "Press A to start the install

You need to use an IOS with trucha bug.

hey hows it goin man, so first off I'd like to thank you for your guide and explanations, I bought a wii few days ago and updated to 4.2u like an idiot, I should have known what it would have done. I used to emu on psp and I got excited when I got a wii but the update skipped my thought process, anyways messie's guide only helped to install hbc and then I found your guide luckily. yeah I did what you said step by step and it worked for me. so yea i got a 250 hdd waiting to get usb loader and i can't wait. Yea, idk i guess i'm gunna have to donate to this site bc I'm not a hot girl but I got you on a donation and Thanks again.
