Yea bad stuff will happen. First off if the game tries to do an disc update, it will brick your wii. You would need to use wiibrickblocker to remove the update. Plus youll need to use regionfrii to change the pal region to ntsc-u and then when you start gamma or whatever loader you use, youll need to force ntsc.

hi, i have a question ive been tryin to search around for, and havent seem to get the right answers rom an old post

now i have a ntsc wii, seems like all the good games are in PAL and im afraid to even try to use a PAL game on the wii afraid that it will brick or something. what i want to know is can i use PAL games on my NTSC u wii?? you mentioned something about region free and brickblocker..and i couldnt find any progs on that...if i put a pal game in the wii, will anythingbad happen?? thanks for ur time
