True, I used to be REALLY bad at brawl. Then I joined my clan, and got better. Then, I lost my Wifi and moved (So no friends either). It was almost EXACTLY a year before I was able to Brawl again on a daily basis. I fought you after about 4 weeks of getting back in the game again. This is what I used to play like (I'm the Lucario)

Lucario's chain-grabbing isn't spam, because it's not INFINITE, it just racks up some damage. Oh, and Kirby's A>A>Vulcan punch must be spam, cause I press A liek bunches!!11one!

GGs the other day. I joined up with my old SSBB clan, and have been practicing. I'm EASILY on par with you, I just had to bring out Lucario to kill your marth, because I am bad facing Marth as Kirby. Also, you really haven't played spammers if you think THAT was spam >.>
