    That Sony thing happens all the time, they release a firmware update for the PS3 without properly testing it and it causes errors to occur so people have to reinstall an older one.

    I have read the Nintendo response stating that the complaints are small. Well I am from Australia I don't run Homebrew never heard of it. I just run the discs bought Tiger woods golf game, now won't play disc read error some stuff plays others don't after this famous update 4.2E. I liken this to buying a DVD region free player then some manufacturing lunatic decides to firmware it back so now all of the dvd you bought from overseas being different regions don't work even though they are legitimate dvd's and in my case games. Nintendo can stick their console after this.

    I think genuine users such as yourself have been shafted more by this update more than the homebrewers/pirates.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
