I'll answer that in a couple of days. I want to see how much the pole average is and go from there.

A real refurbished Wii as in all replaced wearable parts replaced and cleaned out? Or a used Wii that you unbricked? If it's a real refurb I'd pay about half retail so around $100. If it's just a used Wii even less.

Depending upon the features. Backup disk playability and being boot2 capable, I would pay as much as 150, even more if it included cords and controllers.
These kinds of consoles should have no problem selling at the 100-120 range, but we are still so close to the christmas aftermath right now.

I agree with oddgriffin. I voted $140, because you can't just go buy a Wii with boot2 and the old disc drive as easy anymore. Plus with how much controllers cost. I wouldn't sell it too cheap, you gotta make some kind of change for your labor.

It is pretty obvious to me the importance of these features, just by the kinds of questions we get in the forum. The biggest thing now is ppl want the colored consoles and are disappointed to find that usb loading and a useless nand backup are their only options. Seems like maybe doing case-mods would be a good idea. Then they could have an attractive console with all the features that an older console would have.

Thats just it, usb loading is nice, but no gamecube games and it is still an option that I like to have. Also these guys are usually offering to do the softmod, so besides making the nand backup, it is a simple process for the buyer.
Just a couple of things that I think should increase the value significantly.

Yea, I also burn them a disk of the nand on any console I softmod. Last year at this time it was like almost 1 everyday and I have only had to revisit a couple of the hundred or so I did.
I still think the case mods would be a cool thing to do if you could actually make anything from it. Ppl are more attracted to the looks of something than the features, it seems to me.
