Back in the day, I was all about the Genesis, especially before the Super Nintendo came out. Loved fighting games so it really choked me that Final Fight was never availible for the Genesis. Also it took forever for Streetfighter 2 to realease.

I used to think Streets of Rage was just a Final Fight copy, the grahics were not as good as FF so I assumed FF was better.

Recently I got SOR1 for the Genesis and my son and I played it it through a few times. It was great. I also just got Final Fight for the GBA and it is just no fun. The fighting is repetitive, boring and you don't have many options. The graphincs are better than the SOR series, but the fun factor of SOR is so much better!

I am hoping they release the SOR series on the Wii for the virtual console. That would be rad.

So , SOR > FF. Anyone disagree?
