    1) Are you serious?

    2) If you think about it, other than the Wii itself the only drive that reads the Wii is the LG LG-816** series. So with that, unless you use those two specifics, maybe you shouldn't think about it.

    3) What happens when you want to play that other game not in the reader, what then?
    1) yes
    2) I was going to still use the Wii and just have the CD Changer move the discs
    3) I was going to find a way to eject and place it in the tray like the CD Changer does

I think It would be a Really cool Idea... Think about all the things that you've done that have not been the most productive in the world but have been a blast doing and you can say you did? If you have not done anything like that then that is your problem not mine 8)

Also this is an Idea haha and since I'm getting made fun of for it maybe it isn't the best Idea... we'll see

thanks for all the ideas and feedback though!

Well, good luck with that. Don't forget to post pics when you break your Wii/ps1/ps2 trying!

Good luck with it let us know what happens but are you physically altering the inside or outside of the Wii? Or both maybe?

hopefully just the outside... If it gets to where I need to alter the inside of the wii this is where it may not be worth it since I just paid 3 bills for the thing. I am also getting an Extra Wii shell so that I can do a Case Mod and if I mess up the case I still have the original so if my case mod goes well I will have another case anyways...

good luck with it, it seems like it would a bit complicated to do based on the wii's design, but if you figure it out might be kind of neat. I know theres a few people out there that would love something like that.

the only prob you will have with this m8 is getting the disk to come compleatly out of the wii making the disk eject and the draw move up and down should be fairly simple even putting the new disk in wont be that hard BUT GETTING THAT DVD OUT GOOD LOOK
