I'm glad there's going to be competition for Apple. Hopefully it'll drive their prices lower sooner.

I don't think there's much wrong with what Apple is asking for the iPhone. Considering that the majority of new phones fetch $600-$800 outright (in Australia anyway) the iPhone is fantastic value IMO.
