is that 720p?
800:1 contrast could be better but its not bad.
LCD>Plasma
" Built-in Power and Cable Managemen" --> does this mean it has a built in tv tuner???

No it means internal power supply, the cable management is about power cables and such, not cable TV

Not only will it do 720p i believe it should have no problem with 1080p resolutions...

That is a sweet deal. I wonder if they have it for US customers too. I will go look now because my next door neighbor needs a new monitor. Next time he will listen to me and use a surge protector too.

Funny enough, this monitor has not even been released in the US. It came out in Japan and now Canada. I assume USA is next.

I just received it today.. wow is it ever nice! I'll try to post some pics..
