ok i was just wondering if karaoke discs would play on the wii,or is it just the games that you can sing along too...thanks in advance

ive got that installed anyway,so would i be able to play karaoke cds so i could have a sing song..thanks for your reply...
if your CDs play at the Stereo and do not need a certain program to run, yeah no problem
I havent used this program personally but you can try cgd player 0.6. Its a karaoke player for wii.

what kind of files does it accept?
were would i get that progy from and would i have to put it on my sd card or other?
what kind of files are your karaoke songs? regular cd or .kar or sth else?

hi Messie, I've got some Karaoke disc here and the files are in dulicate on the disc, the are .mp3 and .cdg.
i presume the text for the songs are in the .cgd file and runs in sync with the song, i'd love to get Karaoke on the Wii though, how good would that be!!
