hi i have just installed the new 4.2 software on my we the hbc have come on my home page but dvdx has not can anyone tell me if i have done somthing wrong i know i have installed it cheers

DVDx is an invisible channel. So you won't be able to see it because, well, erm it's invisible.

for the HBC apps you see when you start the HBC, yes, but a usb device should work for that too. for installed wad channels you dont need it

Your PC will let you do that. Right click on the drive when it is detected and choose format. Otherwise go into disk management and do it from there.
