i have a wii with 3.4 wiikey2 and hbc want to use a usb loader but when i load my usb loader it says that i have no cios used cios patch mii but it does not do a thing run the signcheck for the ios to see if they are there and when i get it back they are not dont know what im doing wrong

I'm afraid you do need punctuation my illiterate friend. Punctuation allows you to break your sentences into manageable chunks, so that anyone, even someone with English as a second language, could easily read it.
Your sentence, while relatively short, is very difficult, even for me to understand, and I only speak English.
As for help, well I don't think you'll get any, especially as you just called one of our most knowledgeable Moderators a retard, you did actually insult Wiihacks.
