Well ive seen this happen alot in many sites, and i think its very fun Its going to have rules, of course, but lets think of this as a positive game where u can select the whole sig or one picture (that happens like with my signature where i have 4 pics. You can choose and rate 1, or all of them)

Rules:

- Scale is 1-10, any additional insight such as how to improve it would be nice

-NO FLAMING ALOUD AT ALL!!! this is a nice community and i think this rule shouldn't be posted, but ill use it so no one complains

-have FUN!!!

I'd give it an 8. Your sig is kind of long when compared to others.

I give yours about 6/10 as it's nothing special mainly because I don't know what blackstar is.
