This guy keeps re-registering with a slightly different username and different email address but always the same IP. Hoping MM can IP ban or something.
Chat box needs a report button. If possible could a report button be implemented to the chat box as it would allow users to report offensive messages such as:

Yes but they would normally use the same WAN IP wouldn't they? When connecting through a router or something.

i dunno how it is there. but in greece we have dynamic ip's, meaning tat it changes when we disconnect-reconnect
Here too. The USA own the Internet so they tend to get fixed IPs, or at least they used to. Not sure about Oz though.
