    Cool Making slim Wii isos.

All Wii torrents are the same size. When you put them through the WBFS Manager, it trims out the padding space. This leads me to believe that you could trim out the padding and include a tool with the ISO that would then generate the padding space on the ISO AFTER you download it, thereby dramatically decreasing the time it would take to download one. Thoughts?

Yep, this already exists in the form of Wiiscrubber, a great application. Have seen loads of torrents using this, especially from ESPALWii.
There's also a WBFS program that'll output ciso, which is like a compressed ISO ready for download. It's called WBFS Intelligent gui. Haven't seen many ciso for download though.

    Nice idea though.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Most private torrent sites have scrubbed Wii games for download in RAR form. When you un-RAR them, they are standard 4.37 GB.
