    GBA4iOS Shut Down by Nintendo

Nintendo has sent the developer of GBA4iOS a DMCA notice forcing him to shut down the site which prevents new people from getting the app.

The app will still function perfectly if you already had it install, just do not delete if you plan to keep it. If you delete it you may never get it back.

Thanks to DiscMurderer for the link.

Update #1: The full DMCA notice can be found here

Update #2: GBA4iOS is once again available to new users. However, do to the fact the new (possibly temporary) host site is a rom site, I cannot provide a link here. But google "GBA4iOS download" and I'm sure you'll find it pretty easily.

Edit: Link added. Also after reading the DMCA notice the dev got, particularly the part I'll paste below, it makes me wonder. If the app did not have a built in browser for downloading roms, would Nintendo still have taken action?

The way that part that I've bolded is worded makes it sound as if it's the fact the app has downloading of games built that caused the DMCA notice. So if he didn't have the built in browser/downloader, I have to wonder if Nintendo would have been able to have it shut down?
