    Apple Releases iOS 4.3.2

Apple has just released yet another iOS update. This time, as expected, we have 4.3.2, which gives us minor bug fixes and security patches for the iPhone 4 (GSM), iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, and 3rd and 4th generation iPod touch. For now, the update doesn't apply to the Verizon iPhone 4 (CDMA).

    According to Apple, the update:

    - Fixes an issue that occasionally caused blank or frozen video during a FaceTime call
    - Fixes an issue that prevented some international users from connecting to 3G networks on iPad Wi-Fi + 3G
    - Contains the latest security updates

Immediately following the release, MuscleNerd tweeted the following: "ultrasn0w unlockers stay away from today's iOS 4.3.2! Everyone else, make sure you have your 4.3.1 SHSH blobs saved." He followed with: "Apple sure is aggressively patching these untethered jailbreaks lately (but that's still better than lawsuits)."

The last incremental update for iOS was rolled out just a few short weeks ago, tackling cellular network issues as well as graphics glitches associated with the fourth-generation iPod touch. Within hours of iOS 4.3.1 dropping, speculation mounted about another looming release - the one we received today.

    Update: Verizon iPhone 4.2.7 released

Thank god for small miracles (not 4.3.2 mind you, lol). Our kids password locked their ipod touch gen 4. I figured out how to do a restore and bypass apple's server check via hosts (redirect to cydia or whatever).

I'll have to rejailbreak them, but they're staying @ 4.2.1 and easily done by greenpois0n.

My iPod touch 3rd gen hasn't been updated for a LONG time and is Jailbroken via jailbreakme.com is there a way to update to 4.2.1 without having it die or something?

I think you must have your SHSH blobs saves. But never done this before so don't know how this really works
