I think it should be possible to sync some apps from your iPod Touch to iPad (depends on their capability). Also, jailbreak it!

Buy one of these and use your IPad to fly it !
    Code:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Bottle of Jack Daniels in one hand - Cigarette in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"

Use the at the bottom right of the post if this response was of any assistance.

Search 'Frash' on Google. Frash allows you to watch Flash Videos with Safari, alpng with playing Flash Games.

Alternatively, you can download the Skyfire web Browser from the App Store for $0.99, which lets you watch Flash Videos.

I use InstaPaper a lot-lets you save interesting material found while surfing the Net for later reading. I also use EverNote, Dropbox, and iDrive. Now that you have the extra real estate-check out Planetary as a different way to view your songs. Watch movies and TV using Netflix and Crackle also consider ZumoCast, CineXPlayer and IMDb, Ustream. For dictation Dragon Dictation is currently free. I use just about every major ereader app on my iPad so I can take advantage of ebook sales and special offers. Notesy syncs with DropBox, other apps for docs/notes SimpleNote, Notes, DNoteIt, TextWriter. Oh DocsToGo for viewing the MS Office stuff. Writing instead of typing-Penultimate.

The iPad is especially good for comics and Manga: ARCreader, Comics, and CloudReaders apps. Cartoon Network have their own app. If you like space exploration there is NASA and AstroApp. To help you look up your medical conditions, WebMD has an app.

The iPad doesn't come with a calculator so there are usually a few free available at any time such as CalcXT, EZDigits,Digits. You may also want to check and see what's free for clocks-I use Night Stand, World Clock, and Clock Radio. Your apps for weather probably differ from mine and I also have two earthquake apps. To locate WiFi you can use Free Wifi, WiFiHD, or for US the Starbucks app.

To check on the iPad itself Pad Info and Monitor apps. Access/remote use -PCs iWOL and LogMeIn. To use the iPad as a second monitor DisplayLink, as a keypad TouchPad. Oh...iSwifter for flash games and video if you want.

I use AppAdvice to identify free good apps. Their free apps list is limited to those rate 3 star or higher so I don;t have to waste my time with crappy apps.
