wii LU66xxxxx with 4.2u firmware,, wish me luck

I am a noob!!! through and through!!
But..... I am educated enough to know that I need to read before I hack.
So... when I ask my stupid questions know that I really have tried to find the answeeres on my own.
I used to hack sat tv but they won that one so I am going to try my wii.
I juast bought it and, of course , the first thing i did was upgrade the firmware to 4.2u...... then I started reading about hacks and could kick myself in the ass for upgrading...
So I understand that this configureation, lu66xxx and 4.2u, is about the touchiest to hack and I may not be able to read dvd-r's but wish me luck!!!
I am going to use the guide posted by "messie".
