    Question Greetings from Singapore

Hi everyone - I'm pleasantly delighted to find a thriving community as this. It's awesome.

I've had a modded Wii (Korean) since April, and was satisfied with the few tittles I had bought/downloaded (and I played them to death, such as CoD and Excitebots racing).

Recently I bought CoD MW Reflex, having been hooked to CoD by WAW - However, I found that it doesn't play and asks to update software. I didn't upload software in fear of bricking it, and started hunting for advice online, and thus found and joined this forum.

I can't get in touch with the guys who sold me the modded Wii (Game Lane in Singapore) - so I'm currently struggling to figure out how my Wii has been modded so I can update the software without bricking it. I'm going through all the n00b posts here to figure stuff out, and I just realised that I don't even know if my Wii is soft or hard modded. Talk about feeling stupid. Is there a quick way to figure out that? I'm still reading through the n00b stuff, but haven't found an answer yet.

    Peace!
