Smile Fellow PSP Hacker new at the Wii Hacking scene

hey guys! ive just got a new Wii today and the first thing i want to do is hack it since i heard that it can play emulators and backed up wii games. im not a total noob at hacking since ive hacked a couple of PSPs before and i want to try out hacking Wiis now.

i admit ive been lurking around here for a couple of days, reading all the guides and familiarizing myself on how to hack my Wii. the only thing i want to be sure of is does the Twilight Hack come with a Backup Loader and is it true that Gecko OS can only play Import games, not backed up import games?

anyway it's nice to meet all of you guys.

Hey, New to the scene myself... if you havent already proceeded with your hack i recommend that you use EmperorofCanada's tutorial. i found it extreemly easy. just read it thru and go step by step.

Since doing mine yesterday, it puts a smile on my face everytime i load a freshly burned backup and my wii tells me to make sure im strapped in.

    Good luck and happy modding.

Hacking the Wii is at the same level as the Psp I think both where really easy to do, the guides that people made are excellent .

    Psp 5.00-6 M33
    Wii- 3.2U

aah yes, ive read his guide too and i agree, it looks VERY easy to follow. well i won't be able to hack my Wii until the weekend when i drive to Wal-Mart and purchase an SD card and some DVD-Rs.

question though, does it matter what SD card i use?

I didn't know you could do that. I have a 1 gig micro sd in my phone that I never use. Guess I'll use it for emulators
