Us Hello and Thanks for letting me Join. :)

    Hello,

    My call sign is Maglauncher01.

A little about my self? Well I am a father of 2 and expecting a 3rd. Don't spread the word though as only a couple people know.
I am an OLD gamer go back to the Sega Master System/NES when they were new and have been on this ban wagon since.
Love modding/tweaking so this site is right up my alley.

How'd did I get here? Well I discovered this website while surfing the great internet oceans looking for information on hacking Wii's. Always loved this little system and now since seeing all the information have been working on mine all day.

Excellent Guides here by the way.

and that's a little about me.

Look forward to meeting and discussions.

    Thanks

    Hello Maglauncher01,

Always good to see a nice new member and fellow tweaker. Because you are a new member, it might be a good idea to read the Forum Rules. I also recommend you read the Basic introduction to wii hacking and The Softmod Any Wii Guide by Mauifrog.

    Happy hacking!

Thanks, I have read the form rules and have already went through the guide and currently my Wii is soft-modded. Now just trying to get USB Flash-Drive worked out where I can play games off of it. It's not set right with the Data Cluster as it's doing it at 16K when it needs to be 32K from what I am reading.

it only matters if you want to USB load GameCube games. See the FAT32 guide linked in my signature for more info on how to format and how to install content.

Excellent, I am going through that now. Only item I am running into an issue is when I attempt to add the ISO's to the Wii Game Manager or Wii Backup Manager the iso will not appear and give me the error message that this is not a Wii File. Here's a screenshot of what I am getting: Error.jpg

    Thanks

Considering there has never been a Star Fox game for Wii, I am guessing that might be a GameCube ISO, which cannot be loaded to hard drive via Wii Backup Manager.

Yep, figured that out after some further reading. Went over the DIOS MIOS v2.10 - Play Gamecube Backups From Your USB HDD and I followed their guide to the letter and still encountering problems. SO I am thinking trying to burn them and see what happens. o_O
