Question how do i get my old VIP username back

sorry again. as i try to keep telling you guys my brain is not as it was due to a stroke and a tumour in my head. so sorry, sorry sorry sorry. i do not intentionally break the rules.
Can i ask how i get my old username back (when i used to donate because of the great help i got from this site).
my old username was parrian or parrian1804 or something similar. i was a VIP member then.
things have changed a lot since. also, my daughter is typing for me so i apologise for her if she breaks the rules again, as i am paralysed on my right side (my good side)
Can i re-softmod my wii? and can i calibrate my wiimote without putting a game in.
My wii will not read ANY disc, backup or original, of which she has over 100, so we need to get them onto a hdd, which has been formatted as per the guide.
Can you also tell me how to find out how much NAND space is available on the wii.
The homescreen and homebrew channels work fine. it all just needs updating.
Once again, my sincerest apologies if i have done anything wrong this time, it is not intended, and i will donate again gladly if i can get my daughters wii up and running again.
Thank you, again, for reading, and for your understanding (if you do, that is)

Yes, you can resoftmod your Wii, just follow the Softmod ANY Wii guide linked in my signature (though if you're having troubles with memory loss and such due to your recovering from stroke/brain surgery I recommend against doing ANYTHING with Wii modding. If you mess up your Wii that is no ones fault but yours)

Calibrating the WiiMote without a game depends. Is it a Motion plus controller or a standard Wii remote? You can try de-syncing it and re-syncing it and see if that helps.

To check your NAND space simply go to Wii settings, data, save data. It will tell you how many blocks are left.

Again, if you mess up your Wii it is not our fault. For this reason I recommend you have someone else (who knows what they're doing) do it for you or wait until you have recovered.

we r all in it together

right thank you for your advice. i have finished chapter 1 and DL the files in chapter 2. but i can't open the md5summer exe file to verify the info. i have tried and read the instructions at least 6 or 7 times.
when i click on the md5summer file nothing happens, or it says i don't have admin priveledges.
when i run it as an admin nothing happens at all. i don't get any option to verify.
all the data on the sd (2g micro sd with adapter) looks the same as per the instructions.
    Any suggestions?
ps a site member called miihackwii keeps sending me links to malware sites. he needs to be removed as he has infected my laptop tho ive cleaned it now (i hope).
    thanks for the advice again

ps my partner and daughter are doing all the typing but most of what i did (softmodding a wii) is still in my head somewhere its just finding it thats difficult

You need a real SD card (not micro, not mini, not SDHC) just a standard 2gb sd card.

Micro sd cards with adaptor do work, as I have done many wiis with them just keep the size to 1gb/2gb, sdhc cards can be fussy so thats wy they are not recommended if the sd card is not working it could be due to needing a full format or could be a faulty sd card that could be on its way out. So if you have orher sd cards lying around then give them a go.
