Newb needing help

Hi i recently softmodded my wii and had USB loader gx running perfectly fine, then suddenly the other day after turning of the wii and returning a while later USB loader gx wouldn't open game files on the usb and instead went to a black screen which stays for about 20 seconds the controller turns off as well. I have put the games on the hdd again and have "tried" to follow tutorials on here on how to install it again but haven't been able to get it working. I have never got any other usb loaders to work either, i recently installed wiiflow and get the error 'WBFS-OPEN FAILED:-1' any help with this?

What I do is follow the softmod any Wii guide. (Because this will get all your stuff up to date)

Then I follow the fat32 guide to setup the drive.

Hasn't failed me yet.

Hey saying i need to install rev 17 and 56/57 not to sure what that means. Happens when i try to play a game on wiiflow. Not to sure where to find any help?

I have got it working but now the names of the games rant showing when i load usb loader gx, but the games are still there just unlabelled... any help would be appreciated

But before you do have a look at Thinking about hacking a wii? Start here! [A basic introduction to Wii hacking]. This will give you a better understanding of how things work in your Wii.

After you get your console sorted, you will need to find a way to backup your games. The best way is to copy them to an external hard drive or usb flash drive. You can copy them to DVD -r's, but only if your Wii's disc drive is old enough to be capable of reading them. Wii's made after Sept. of 2009 are not able to play backups from disc. You can check the Wii Drive Chip Database to see if yours will play DVD -r's.

BEFORE GETTING A USB DRIVE CHECK THE USB COMPATIBILITY LIST.

The recommended usb drive setup is fat32. Although, you can still use NTFS or WBFS loading.
