    Installing Gecko OS

A response to yur question is what I am after.
I am a total newbie and having found this site, the information contained within is wonderfully put together on one website. Great ,,kudos.. However there are many assumptions made by knowledgable people who are trying very hard to be helpful. But in so helping, confuse me even more. No disrespect to them.
For instance, my question is simple. I have NO desire to play homebrew games , I only wish to play Wii games. I DO NOT wish to buy a SD card. I have already installed WiiKey2 no problems. Running firmware 3.3U..have been able to play some games but not all. I wish to know if ANY of these software [Gecko OS] can be burnt onto a dvd and installed on unit in that way. OR does everything have to be installed through Homebrew channel. Or if no one has checked to see if what I am asking can be done..

    Thnx

Heres a simple answer to your simple question...You have to have the homebrew channel to install anything on your Wii, including Gecko OS.
