NOTE If you are on firmware 3.4 ONLY, you must delete data.bin and rename Twilight3.4.bin to data.bin before
you copy it over. This ensures you are using the correct version of the hack.

    i dont see a file called Twilight3.4.bin?????//

    Hi.

I have WII with 3.4u. I've installed Homebrew 1.0.1 using twilight hack beta2, following the readme contained in the two files below.
On my first try, nothing happened because I didn't talk with the man when the game starts... On my second try, when I pressed the button to speak with the man, the homebrew installation started (I put boot.dol on root, and extracted hbc_apps.tar.gz). My Zelda is from USA, with code RVL-RZDE-0A-0 JPN, I used the TwilightHack0. Now I'm using homebrew with some emulators and games. It's working fine.

    Twilight hack installation:

    Hope it helps.

    unzip the the_homebrew_channel-1.0.1.tar file

    No its not

The_homebrew_channel-1.0.1.tar file to boot.dol...is this not correct?

    no its not

This file is a zipped up file with all the required files inside
unzip then do everything the guide says
