Ca Homebrew APPS don't appear on SD CARD?

I have a modded wii (dcpro9) that runs backups perfectly. I've installed the homebrew channel using [I]beta 8.iso[I] and it appears to have installed successfully because the channel shows up as expected in the wii channels. My problem is that the HB apps I've loaded onto my sd card don't appear when I try to copy them to the wii in the data management menu - nothing appears to be on the sd card at all. I copy from the wii to the sd card and it works fine, but haven't had any luck loading HB apps.

I've formatted and re-formatted the sd card, tried several different cards, and made sure that they're in an APPS folder, but still no luck. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Me again - don't suppose buying an official Wii SD card would help, would it?
