tool to create a forwarder channel for homebrew channels?

I've been searching for awhile for this and i'm not sure i'm finding the right answer.. but i want to create simple forwarder channels for some homebrew apps..

Some that i can find wads for to use wad manager 1.7 to install the forwarders for..

Is there an app where i can specify the app files and have it generate a corresponding wad file.. is this what i need, to be able to do this for any hbc?

    Thanks

look into customizemii, but be careful as bad wads can brick your wii

I mainly wanted forwarders for the intellivision (jzintvwii), snes9x, frodo (c64) and wii64 (n64) emulators... basically to keep my younger kids from accidentally hitting the "delete" button when launching them in the homebrew area, since i dont know of a way to get rid of the prompt before launching a HBC..
