Super Smash bros brawl (retail) stage not working

So i have Super Smash bros brawl retail version and it works, but one stage doesn't and its lugi's mansion. and I checked the disc and it has no scratches but i wanted to be sure that it wasn't the disc so i borrowed my friends retail version (no scratches) as well, and it didn't work, so i was wondering if the hacks that i made to it are making that stage not work, or maybe it was the ocarina codes that i did once on that stage making it not work. if you know please help. i love that stage

and yeah sorry about the wrong forum. as for what soft mod guide, i used wanikoko's 4.2 update a while ago, and haven't done much other than installing new ios, and everyone says to downgrade to 4.1 when i see no problems in my 4.2. and i haven't tried a new gamesave yet. as to whether or not it modifies it, i don't know
