    I still wont be able to play them from it though? I have not really felt the need to go to all the hassle that it seems to be to play backups of GC games. From what I have read (which is not a lot) about GC backups is that they need to be burned to a dvd.I don't remember if a specific dvd drive is necessary. Can I store multiple games on one dvd?
    OK, I know some of those question are most likely searchable but they all popped int my head just now though.
    Hmmm... straight from his post:

    What is it?
    A tool to backup your Gamecube/Wii Discs using IOS58 and no need for cIOS.

    Just play the originals and keep it simple.

    Even though they are only 1.4 GB you can burn them to a DVD like a Wii game. You can also scrub them and make multi-game DVDs but I don't know much about that because I personally burn them one per disc.

    Burning multiple games to a DVD can often end in stability problems. I don't play many GC games anymore, and my brother has all of the GC controllers, so I can't anyway. The only ones I ever had were Zelda ones (shocker, huh?), and I can play most of those through an emulator.

    @JoostinOnline,
    yes, i've the originals next to me, but wondering how to insert these 'mini' disc into the wide mouth of the Wii console.

    @Darkcide666,
    packing the GC games into one 4.xGB dvd is not my main concern. i just want to play those GC games; and try to experiment the usb backup, for hobby only.
    i got papermario, fireemblem, talesofsymphonia,pikmin2,batenkaitos,luigi'smansio n,....

    to be honest, ......NEVER !
    i'm deep in puzzle when holding those "mini' disc in my hand, and worrying the Wii console may be 'jam' to death once inserted.
    will try , as u instructed...........

    edit: OMG !..........it's working ! it's working on my Wii !
    thank you all the guys for the advices.
