    Replace Wii Background Menu Music??

Is there a way to replace the wii menu background music with my chemical romance or something?? I know you can disable it with preloader and priloader.

Don't even try. You will end up bricking your Wii. It would involve customizing your System Menu and that is very dangerous. Besides there is no known good way to do what you are asking.

Now wait a minute krafter, I have to disagree with you. This is how it can be done. Take a boombox and set it right next to the TV. Pop in your favorite music that you want to hear instead of the background music. Now mute the TV and turn on the boombox selecting the track you want to hear. Next turn on the wii and bingo, new wii menu background music. And this wont brick the wii.
If I have helped you in any way, please thank me by pressing the little thanks button.

But to have a serious post now, yes it can be done but its extremly dangerous. Its along the same guidelines as changing the entire wii menu all together. That is just as hard yet there are members on here that have done that. And there are times when they have bricked their wii's. If you have a nand backup and can unbrick it that way, then its worth a shot but if its not a "must have" change, then dont bother.

No..... If you choose to do so then you are on your own. Sorry, but we cannot participate in your future brick that makes your Wii totally useless.

although there are threads on here. just search for custom sysmenu, don't know where you could put in your music there, maybe its covered somewhere.
as mentioned don't do it without bootmii as boot2 and a proper nand backup.
    good luck

The linked guide say bootmii as boot2 or Priiloader. I STRONGLY DISAGREE!!!! It should read Bootmii as boot2 only. There are cases where Priiloader is not enough. I know from experience. My Wii would be dead right now if I didn't have boot2. I had a bad theme completely remove or corrupt Priiloader. DO NOT FOLLOW ANY THEMING GUIDE UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOT2!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED MORE THAN ONCE!!!
