    Having problems unistalling WADs

I got all the Wads I want to uninstall but when I tried to do it. It said it failed to find a file and it said it was hanging. So I cut if off. Do I need the Twilight Data Bin file still or do I replace that file with the Uninstall boot.elf and wad-uninstaller.dol. Or do these files need to go in a way different place. I read the instructions but they didn't make any sense.

How did you install the wad in the first place? if you used Wad Manager and you can use it to uninstall it also, you just have to have the wad file that you installed on the SD card in order to uninstall it with wad manager. I believe there is also another wad installer as well I can't remember the name of it right now.

Edit: The other one is called AnyTitle Deleter, not sure if its the same thing

I installed it using the Twilight hack, and I assembled the files and stuff together and created a WAD folder. I'm trying to clear out everything because soon I may need to send my Wii in. I have tried to delete it, but when I do. The file comes back, so that means I have to remove it from the root.

if you are going to start playing with wads, using the twilight hack is lengthy and a pain.

start with the homebrew channel and manage your wads from there.

the link to do everything is this http://www.wiihacks.com/homebrew/457...ers-guide.html it WILL sort out everything for your purpose i guarantee it.

Ok, thanks. I'll check it out. I'm gonna use the Wad Manager. I got the files I need, I made a WAD folder inside of the SD Card. Do I put the Wad unistaller file in the WAD folder or out side of the folder. And after that, do I need the twilight hack on there too?
