Hmm... I remember I had the same problem a while ago--my files in VIDEO_TS folders--would always buffer from time to time, making it impossible to watch anything. If I remember right, cIOS202 v5.1 solved it, but I installed so many things since that it's hard to say.

Search for Hermes's cIOS Installer v5.1. Install IOS 202 with IOS 57 as a base. The others (222, 223 and 224) should only be installed if you use uLoader for running backups. For other loaders only v4 works.

I recommend Installing 202 and 224 with v5.1, and 222 and 223 with v4. (I think he has you install it this way in the thread as well)

I altered my install of IOS224 v5.1 to base of 37, just so I can quickly test things with both v4 and v5.1, IOS37 as a base.

Stomp was talking about 224. Stick with 57 for 202 (as recommended in the WiiMC install).

I have found the audio is out of sink on disc - however films via HDD work great.
