or if u still have 3.2 firmware or lower and have a modchip installed, u can use the homebrew channel installer disk instead of doing the twilight hack.

go to the wii system settings and on the top right corner of the screen, it shows ur wii firmware. And if u also have a modchip installed then u can burn the iso to a disk and put into ur wii. To install through disk, u have to have 3.2 firmware and a modchip installed.

here are the download links based on ur region.
.ISO (Selfbooting disc image for people with drivechips)

The following links may also help you.

As Smasher164 stated, If you do have a wii that is at 3.2 (or lower) then you can install HBC uisng DVD iso method. You can find the iso images at the following link.
    The Homebrew Channel

And also take a look at the following post especially where it describes installing HBC on a modchipped wii.

First make sure you download the file that is the same region as your wii. Then use either Winrar or 7-Zip to extract the iso file. The burn that to DVD-R using ImgBurn @ 4x speed. Once on DVD then insert the DVD into Wii and follow any onscreen instructions.
