All I see in my HBC is the background bubbles and nothing else, 4.2u?

I accidentally upgraded to 4.2u because of 3.4 which automatically updates you. Today, I decided to see how to get the HBC channel for 4.2u. I found a video on YouTube and followed it correctly. But while everyone else sees all the apps and things on it, I just see the blue background with all the floating bubbles and nothing popping up. I needed the HBC for 4.2 because I wanted to use it to downgrade back to 3.3, if that is even possible . How might I fix only seeing the HBC background and is it a good idea to downgrade to 3.3? My Wii is hacked, so I can play burnt games already. Thanks.

Wait so does that mean why I am getting the blank bubble screen is because I have no apps?

Either you have no SD card in the slot and/or your apps are not properly loaded on your SD card. The HBC needs to read the apps in order to show them on-screen.
