Homebrew WAD Manager 1.4

Hello,
I just got the WAD manager 1.4 homebrew app and I am trying to install a WAD. Unfortunatly, when I select the default IOS (which I have no idea what the is) my WiiMote unsyncs and my wii freezes. So when I do any other IOs version in continues to which slot I want to use. I chose the SD slot. I finds my .WAD and .RAR files, but when I try to install them it says something like:

Opening "Wii Pokemon Rumble.wad"...OK!
Installing WAD, please wait...
>>Installing Ticket... ERROR! (ret= -2011)
Press any button to continue...

and it does that with all of them.

I'm not sure if it's the IOS version I chose...(which I will remind you I have absolutley no idea what that is) which was IOS number 56, or im just doing something wrong.

PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm willing to bet you don't have a cIOS installed on your console. Find your firmware version by going to Wii Options > Settings > top right hand corner (3.Xx, 4.Xx), then follow one of the first 2 links in my signature below.

Most importantly don't continue installing and using those IOS'. You're lucky if you haven't messed anything up yet.
