Here is your already packaged ready to go Pokemon Rumble (NTSC).
All there is to do is to simply Install using WAD manager.
    Enjoy!

EDIT: YOU NEED TO INSTALL ISO56 (I believe) Don't Worry I included a link!

    Pokemon Rumble (WAD):DOWNLOAD
    IOS56: DOWNLOAD

Let Me know if you run into any issues. Installed using WAD Manager 1.5
I downloaded these and I want to know if they are safe.
Even if they are,What is the risk of a brick if they are both safe.
Thank you for answering [In advance]

I can't say about the PR wad, but regarding the IOS56, I downloaded the cIOS56-64-v5146-rev14.wad from a link from the guide "New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii" at OPTIONAL section of this tutorial at the link from the item "Install cIOS56 to play Guitar Hero 5/Beatles from the disc channel" instead and it works. As this link is from a official wiihacks tutorial it is reliable.

    cheers

    1) put the cIOS56-64-v5146-rev14.wad in the root of the SD and insert it in the Wii.
    2) Go to HBC, go to Wad Manager and load it
    3) Select IOS version as "IOS249" and select "WII SD Slot" and push A
    4) Navigate to "cIOS56-64-v5146-rev14.wad" and press A
    5) Select Action as "Install WAD" and press A
    6) Wait until you see an installation OK message
    7) Press B twice to go back to the main menu of the Wad Manager and press Home to Exit

    That's it.

    Did you softmod your Wii?

I just softmod mine 2 days ago, so I am still learning...
I just followed totally the guide below and got the IOS249 installed and also everything.

If you read this tutorial you will not see a step with the IOS249 installation and I cannot help you more than this. Did you really softmod yours?
